• Improve the training programs for prosecutors

 

• Increase the amount of training available for prosecutors

 

• Provide additional manuals and handbooks for use by prosecutors in the performance of their duties

 

• Provide a database docket control system for use by prosecutors on a statewide basis

 

• Provide for Special Prosecuting Attorneys to assist circuit judges in criminal matters upon

disqualification of the prosecutor

 

• Make recommendations to the legislature and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in regard

to juvenile cases and other matters of concern to the criminal justice system

 

• Provide training to law enforcement agencies and other components of the criminal justice system
